Sam + Marina | Spring Wedding at Knot & Pine
Marina and Sam held a simple and beautiful spring wedding at Knot & Pine in Alpine, Utah. They prioritized a lot of chill time with friends and family in between their intimate ceremony and dance party reception, which allowed for a lot of time for portraits in the garden, mingling with guests, and making cute little wedding day TikTok videos. Marinaโs brother (who is also one of Samโs best friends) officiated their simple and meaningful ceremony.
Knot & Pine is a favorite barn venue of mine. The giant window filled doors are such a stunning backdrop for an indoor ceremony, and the outside green garden space is a perfect contrast to a more rustic interior. The venue's charm and versatility make it ideal for capturing a range of beautiful moments throughout the day.
This gallery is a really great example of what half day wedding coverage looks like. Photo coverage began as Marina arrived to the venue to put her dress on and ended with a send off after a short reception.
Six to eight hours of coverage can totally be enough for a simple day taking place all at one location. This still allows for documenting all the important parts of your wedding day without booking unnecessary additional hours. Most of my couples who book packages like this either have a shorter reception or skip getting ready photos, so if that applies to you and what youโre envisioning for your wedding day then this definitely is a great package option. Marina and Sam chose this option, and it perfectly suited their relaxed and intimate celebration.
Congratulations Marina & Sam, your day was absolutely amazing to witness. Canโt wait to shoot Marinaโs little sisterโs wedding later this summer! Seeing families come back for more special moments is the best part of what I do.
